Whether you’re a couple who doesn’t know where to start or a group who’d like to perform something special, we can choreograph and help you learn a unique wedding dance routine.
This is your big day and your dance will be as unique as you are! Our goal is to help you achieve your dream.
Bring your choice of music and Lisa will help you to create a dance that will make you feel comfortable, relaxed and happy on your special day.
Classes are by appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Bridal Dance Package: $255 for 3 dance lessons. We usually try to book in the first 2 sessions early so you can have fun practicing. The last lesson we do just prior to the big day to iron out any rough parts in the dance.
We have a space in Brookvale where lessons may be conducted or we can come to you.

We can provide advice on a piece of music which would be best suited with regard to tempo and rhythm if needed.
YOUR SHOES
This is a great way to wear in your new shoes so you’ll feel more comfortable on the day.
YOUR SMART DEVICE
You can video your dance at the end of each class so you can use it for reference if you want to practice at home.

Lisa has had a life long involvement and passion for movement. She originally trained and worked as a professional dancer. She opened DJAZZEX Dance and Pilates in 1994 and ran the business for 23 years until 2017. Since then Lisa has been the owner and director of Turning Pointe Pilates.
Lisa is passionate about the benefits of movement for the body and spirit. She believes you can always improve in what you do and continues to study to improve her knowledge, skills and qualifications as a teacher of Dance and Pilates. She holds a current first aid Certificate and is VETAB Accredited to teach Ballet and Jazz to Certificate IV Dance Performance Studies or HSC studies. She is a member of Ausdance www.ausdance.com.au, Australian Dance Vision www.adv.org.au and the Pilates Alliance Australasia.
The dance lessons were great and we are really glad we did it. We especially appreciated your honest feedback about what looked good and what didn’t. The only thing we had prepared was the song we wanted to dance to. Your ability to teach and come up with all kinds of dance moves for beginners is second to none. Both of us are very grateful to you for making extra time for us on several occasions after work to teach us our dance and build our confidence for the big day. I thought we did very well on the night even though Chad still reckons I got a few steps wrong.
